Instructions for Use & Precautions

 

How to use

1. Wash your hands and take out one individually wrapped nursing pad.

2. Tear open the pouch and unfold the pad.

3. Peel off the release paper (backing film) from the adhesive side.

4. Place the pad with the adhesive side facing the bra and press gently to secure it inside the cup.

5. Adjust the position so that the pad covers the nipple area – ensure it feels comfortable.

 

 

Important tips

• Before each feeding, it is recommended to clean the nipple area with a warm, damp cloth to maintain hygiene.

• Replace the pad promptly when it becomes wet to prevent bacterial growth (usually every 3–4 hours; overnight use may be extended depending on leakage).

• Single use only – do not reuse. Dispose of used pads in a trash bin.
